5Travelled abroad last month and used my old Mach3 Turbo...it nearly ripped my face off! (Very hard water apparently.) Was lent a Fusion 5 Proglide razor (vibrating function). Thought it was a bit of a useless gimmick and would be OK at best. How wrong I was! At first I thought it was a bit on the heavy side, but it shaved so fast, smooth, and safe. So I came home and carried on using it and as I usually managed to nick myself with my old razor, I expected the same with this, but the Proglide is brilliant. Plus such a close shave. I'm converted! Lots of posts on any product tend to be negative, but I can honestly say I had to write a review on how good this razor is and agree with others who gave it 5 stars.

5I have used many razors im my 40 years of shaving and Gillette as been one I have probably used the most however iv never really found them exceptional in fact I have up untill now found them over priced for what they offer, iv been using the fusion for many years the reason is I shave my head and face and when using a new fusion blade it is far more superior than the competitors blades that is untill the blue lubricating strip goes usually after about 2 uses then its uncomfortable and to be honest disappointing, I dropped my razor and it broke so the mrs went and got me a new one the Gillette fusion pro glide 5 and its the best razor I have ever used seriously im a hard one to please so im not saying this lightly it was so smooth and with only a couple of passes left me skin smoother than any razor iv used in the past including Gillettes best a man can get stuff. I will definitely be sticking to the pro glide 5 this is the razor iv longed for for so many years so my advice is find 1 thats on offer and try it yourself if its not for you then you have spent a few quid but im sure once you try it you will stick with it

2The tv ads make the point that you do not need to stretch the skin on your face in order to get a good shave. This is simply not true.
