Returns and Refund Information

Returning an item is simple and can be completed in 3 easy steps.

Christmas Returns Policy:

Please note any order placed on or after the 11th of December 2021 qualifies for the extended Christmas returns policy and can be returned until the 31st of January 2022.

1. Contact us

Request a returns number from us within 30 days of receiving your order, This can be arranged by raising a return against your order from within your online account.

2. Post your return

Once you've received your returns number you have another 14 days to return your items to us. We must receive return items within 28 days of the initial delivery date. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Please ensure you keep a receipt as proof of sending. We will be happy to help with any questions on sending your item(s) to us. If you are returning your item(s) due to receiving an incorrect item, or there is a fault with the item, we will refund all delivery costs to you.

3. We'll do the rest

Once we've processed your return you will receive a confirmation email from us, and all successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
