Unsatisfactory quality of shave

I have recently used. Mach3 blades as I can no longer find Mach 2 blades Gillette claims the blades give up to 12 comfortable shaves. I find I rarely get 1 comfortable shave - I suppose this is up to 12 !! I have been shaving since I was 17 years old but am finding the quality of blades gradually getting worse.  Certainly over the last few years the quality/comfort of shave has deteriorated dramatically, and certainly cannot get anywhere near the claim that Gillette make.

Excellent Razor. Very smooth and close shave. I have used these for ages, my first razor was a disposable Bic. Massive improvement.

I have found this razor better than women's razors. The smooth glide and close cut is excellent. Never going back to a women's razor again!!!

What can you say about the Mach 3? In one word, brilliant! I’ve been using these for many years now and can’t see me changing. Not unless Gillette stop making them. For me, they’re the best blades that have ever been produced.
