Heated Razor. My second has failed. ***DO NOT BUY***
1Hi there, I have purchased two of these heated razors and within approx 18 months both have failed, one quicker than the other. I have one for a travel bag and one stays in my house. Both have flashing lights and the razor will no longer heat up. I have read many reviews that say similar. AVOID THESE UNTIL THEY FIT A RELIABLE BATTERY

5I love my purchase that much I have recently purchased a second Gillette heated razor for my sons Christmas gift he will have a lot of pleasure shaving with this heated razor its an excellent razor that I would recommend anyone wishing to purchase its great value for money with a better shave.

3I am little disappointed with this razor. I have found that even on the hottest settling you don’t get a tremendous amount of heat. Running the razor under hot water is actually more effective!

5After being very pleased with the heated razor it stopped charging. Being out of warranty contacted Gillette who were helpful with a replacement.

2I bought this as it was on offer and I thought it was worth a punt. I am a daily shaver and use Gillette already. The unit arrived nicely packaged and I charged for the first 6 hours. My shaving routine probably lasts around 7 to 10 minutes so I find I have to charge every other day. The shave feels nice and warm but doesn’t feel particularly close, I was using a shaving cream so ordered the Gillette gel to see if that was better. It’s OK but not as close as their normal shavers. I find that the moisturising bar on the blade isn’t that effective so towards the end of a shave it feels like my face is quite dry even with rinsing the shaver in water. I think it’s a nice idea but I wouldn’t be too pleased if I had spent the full price on it. I can see this being put away after I have used the blades and going back to the more traditional shavers.

2To say I was very dissaponted with this razor is an understatement. Yes its a lovely feeling on the skin withtheheat but I have to finish off with my old Gillette razor together the close shave ive been used to. Its a complete waste of money.

5I think this is one of the best razors I have used so much so I have bought a spare razor as it was a great price. It shaves so close and smooth and the heating element works exceptionally well,many thanks Gillette.

5Shaving in the morning with this heated razor is like visiting the local barbers. So smooth over the skin with total ease. This is the best shave that I have ever used and I have been using Gillette more many years. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a close shave.
