Helpfully, in the INTIMATE range, there are two devices that have been designed for exactly this purpose, the i5 trimmer and the i3 Intimate trimmer. Both are waterproof and will function in the shower. Once trimmed, you should shower and wet the area you will then shave. Apply the Intimate shaving cream to the desired area by hand. Use gentle strokes without applying too much pressure before rinsing your skin and moisturising.

This is an extraordinarily poor product. The shaving cream itself is fine, it has a nice aroma, doesn’t cause irritation and generally works well. The problem, as another reviewer has said, is the packaging! The hole from which the shaving cream emerges is way too small. The viscosity of the cream goes up dramatically when the temperature drops below 20 degrees C, so first thing in the morning you almost have to stand on the tube to get anything out. The other problem is that after a while there seems to be some sort of crystallisation taking place in the tube so when the hard lumps get stuck in the hole then it’s game over, nothing is coming out unless you put the whole tube in a vice. So, because of the poor packaging there’s no way I’ll be buying this product again. If they increased the hole size from the existing 3mm to somewhere around 7mm it would work fine but as is it’s largely unusable.
