This is great for the price. Charging is easy enough with the 2 pin in a bathroom socket - not main plug. Small deal. Deal with it people. Charged easy, lasts lots and lots of shaves. Comfy to use. Effective. But no 2mm blade - my favoured size! So I just go 1 mm, and then grow it - no worries! What a bargain for a great first shaver on my new beard journey.
This device was bought and supplied in the UK without a charger that fits UK sockets.It also say in the description that comds and shaver head are washable but in the instructions it tells you not to wash the shaver head.It's a pity as it's a neat little unit that looks like it would do the job.
Pleased with this..it is smaller and easier to use than my old trimmer and there are plenty of settings. Was a really good price as well so happy!

Bought this to replace my old Braun trimmer which I had had for years. That was Ok but this is much better and quite simply the best moustache trimmer I have ever used, the 1mm stubble comb and the short beard comb with different the different lengths make the job easy and evenly trimmed, definitely 5 stars.
Was unable to finalise payment and kept getting message to resolve. Disappointed and dissatisfied totally. I have now aquired same products like for like on ebay and would appreciate if you would stop any more emails on the matter. It’s getting tedious and annoying. Please erase any records of my bank details from your systems 
This trimmer gives an excellent trim, is comfortable to hold and the cut is perfect.What lets it down is the device is supplied with a two-pin continental main plug instead of the usual UK three-pin mains plug, which means that you must charge it for ten hours in the bathroom, unless you purchase a three-pin to two-pin shaver adapter, enabling you to charge it wherever you wish. Customer services were outstanding but could not supply the charger with a three-pin UK plug as Gillette does not make one.

So I bought this beard trimmer it cones with the European style pronged plug üîå no UK plug.Tried charging it in my shaving socket in my bathroom green light is on but it won't charge.Instructions are unclear and no helpline numbers I can see on the instructions either.
