This is the best razor I have ever used. It does take a lot of time to get use to, but once you are you will love this product i promise you that. Yes it is expensive that first layout, but worth it. I thought i would put it through it and grow my beard and see if it could deal with it without having to shave 2-3 times, but it shaved every bit off and no little nicks no rash just a smooth skin. Great razor and I whole heartedly would recommend.

Unfortunately I had to purchase another Gillette heated razor because Gillette refused to honour the warranty.

Delighted with my Gillette product but both of my deliveries were left in the open air, in bad weather, and one was actually thrown into a field on the property.

Bought this as a present, my dad was impressed, says best shave he has had at home.

Brilliant razor. Hot enough to obtain a smooth shave no need for second pass of razor. I’ve always used a Gillette and this is the best yet. Thanks 

Not as hot as I thought it would be but it's the closest shave I have ever had. Would definitely recommend to others

Being a lover of new tech I just had to have this. Overall a pleasing experience but to be honest I feel as though my Fusion gives me a closer shave.

When I was purchasing my heated razor I had read some indifferent views and was somewhat skeptical, especially with the price tag. However, now that I’ve used it a few times I believe I’m hooked. It’s really good. MikeH

On/off button is in the wrong place especially when shaving your head. I paid top dollar for it then two days later price dropped nearly seventy quid.But great heat from the razor and definitely a better shave.
