Purchased for a Christmas gift for my partner and he loves it

This razor at first I was not sure if it would work well but after the first shave My face felt very smooth to touch I have been using it for awhile now with good results. It heats up quick in seconds and lasts for six or seven shaves between charges really good product. 

I have just bought the model that doesn’t heat up and have to say the shave was excellent, so I risked the heated razor, wondering if it was a gimmick but I have to say the warmth of the razor and the same closeness really does give excellent results, I have sensitive skin and after 50 years of shaving, this has to be the best experience yet

I’ve used Harry razors for several years. No heat, no vibration, little cost!  Bought this Gillette razor with travel kit and one spare blade + 8 blades extra. I’ve used it for 10 days. I’m now back to my old Harry. Better shave and now I’ve got to sell my Gillette on eBay. Any takers?

Got this as a gift from the wife. Must have charged a out 10 times max in last 2 years. Hardly used first it would not start. Now it's continuing flashing orange light. Doing research on forums etc... it appears to he a common fault for an expensive razor. Absolute disgrace and s black mark on British engineering "best (worst) a man can get" as per their tag line. I would recommend other brands as mine is mow dead and the customer service would do.nothobg or no help. It would be best if they actually sell this company who would invest in them and salvage their reputation. Absolute disgrace. As their tagine says "we ll stop making them when we can't make them better" I think it'd best if they stop them now.

There was a great deal of hyperbole in other reviews that I discounted. However, I am already a convert to Gillette Labs so when the offer came up I thought I would give it a try.Well pleased too

Bought this for my boyfriend last year and after using it twice the circular piece keeps falling out. He says its very irritating. he says it wasn't worth the money.

I love the Gillette Heated Razor, I thought it was going to be a gimmick but it's the best razor I have ever used. It feels like warm water is being poured over my face continuously leading to the perfect shave. I have tried every shaver and type of blade but nothing comes close to this heated razor, perfect, I could not to back to a cold razor!!!.

Keep getting small cuts with heated razor,Not as good as proglide power razor, i prefer to have a vibrating razor,seems to be easier.Thought for the price they'd throw in moisturiser and gel.
