The razor does exactly as Gillette says. It gives me the best head shave out of any other blades I've used. I only use Gillette.

Heating the blade is a good thing, but if it was with vibration like a generation before it, “Fusion5 Power” it was really amazing, and I bought it, and I thought it was like that. Just unlucky.

Lovely smooth shave, does exactly what it should do 

Overall the razor does give an excellent shave. Not sure yet (only used for two weeks) how beneficial the heated facility effect improved the experience. Will try an evening shave rather than early morning. Personally I would prefer the packaging was less glamorous, particularly when purchased directly online from Gillette. Maybe alternatives could be used when not being sold through a shop. Minor I know, but it just gets thrown away, cost with no real benefit. However I would recommend the Gilletlabs Heated Razor.

Stopped working in a week. Zero customer care.blades one use only. Again zero customer care.. shocking never again

Great razor but sadly Gillette don’t sell the correct blades to go with this razor. Don’t know if they will in the future. Pointless buying really. 

Got it to replace my first one which kept failing to charge up.
