I charged it for 5 hours the day it came and an hour the next day. I rubbed the brush cold over soap and applied to area I wanted to shave.It didn't get hot but it seemed to be a better shave. The next time I "heated" it for an hour but it didn't get hot. I boiled a kettle dipped the brush in dipped the razor in and shaved the best I could I'll try again tomorrow. Am I doing something I shouldn't or not doing something I should

My husband absolutely loves this. Said its just like having a wet shave.

Perfect razor love the feel of the heated blades really soothing, I’ve tried many razors but Gillette is always the best thanks for putting time and effort in to making these ***** love it 

You owe it to yourself to buy one! Great shave. I like to use it with oil....... especially smooth. I do love the Gillette products. as well.

Purchased when on offer, as I’d ran out of pro guide blades, but I prefer the pro guide that vibrates as it feels a better shave..  I wouldn’t bother with the gimmick of heating up  ( you put your razor in hot water anyway )  Thought I would try it.. but not for me .. back to the other one I go

I bought this on a substantial discount and it is an amazing shave. The heated bar, I feel helps make the cut that much kinder. My only negative is the price and availability of the heated blades as they are expensive when there is any available.

Good smooth shave almost as good as Turkish Barbers Blades seems to be more expensive BUT they last longer and purchase on subscription saves money so more cost effective and my personal opinion is they more cost effective than other Gillette options 

Really good shave, nice & smooth lovely sensation of the walm blade passing over my face to give a good close shave I also like Gillette's blue shaving gell to give the complete shave
