My first heated razor turned up with bits missing, then after 2 weeks the heated bar stopped heating up, customer service is terrible, takes days to reply, sent it back and I had to chase them up after 3 weeks to see what was happing, sent a replacement eventually. For 3 weeks later the second one stopped working so I was prepared to try a third time lucky but since I got the razor in the Xmas sale off 48 quid. Now they are 129.99 then have just refunded me your 48 quid instead of the razor. I will never use or buy Gillette products again I’ve gone over to a different brand and let’s hope they are better than this total useless brand

This razor offers a fantastic shave. Unfortunately, the reliability of the internal battery lets the overall experience down. I had 12 months of excellent shaving experience then the charging failed. One charge, one shave then it died. Be aware there is a 2 year guarantee (which I was unaware of) which, judging by previous reviews, is important to know. Gillette have a good product here but need to address the charging issues reflected in many feedback comments.

Not good after 2 months the rechargeable battery stopped working customer care service appalling

Really poor designed ... 3 months and it's stopped working .. battery fault. .. read up about it .. I spent over £100 for an item that stopped working after about 10 uses

Thought I was buying a starter kit with 8 blades only got 2 also did not expect to need a plug adaptor feel very short changed feel like I was ripped off by marketing!!!

I love the Gillette Labs heated razor. I had one and when it stopped charging I bought another. The first lasted 18 months, the second unfortunately less than 12 weeks and used only three times a week. Same issue as the first - the bar won’t heat. Very, very disappointing and an awaiting a reply from P&G. I bought it December 24 but didn’t start using until April. Broken after 4 months - I did buy it on offer but still you would expect it to last longer. When it works - great razor but it has to work. Would I purchase again - will see what the follow up is like but you buy a razor for reliability and this doesn’t appear very reliable.

Less than a year old heater stopped working then started to work again now it's flashing apparently battery is no good I will have to purchase a new one

Amazing razor , heated is really different and good , gets closest shave to cutthroat razor I’ve ever had , blades last at least 5 times longer than previous best Gillette razor . Amazing 10 out of 10

I have already got this razor and love ❤️ it it saves well and you get a closer shave not like other razors I have had the heated razor is the best so I got a second one  as well  and I buy the savings foam. As well   This is a good buy
