Which Gillette razor can you use with ProGlide PROBLADES?

How do you clean ProGlide razor PROBLADES?

ProGlide cartridges are easy to clean. Just rinse the blade gently in water after every use, as well as after every few strokes for optimal effectiveness during each shave. Place the back of the cartridge facing upwards in water to dislodge any trapped hairs or dead skin. Be careful to avoid any impact and don't wipe the cartridge, as this can change its precise structure and damage the fine blades. Instead, for stuck hairs, rinse longer and move the razor more vigorously if necessary. To help the PROBLADES and the triple blade stabiliser system that holds them dry properly, you should ideally place the razor on a razor stand or mini hanger. Alternatively, you can simply store the razor over a rack to air dry.

Behind the soft, flexible microfins of the ProGlide cartridge, a unique microcomb helps to gently guide hairs towards the blades. The microfins stretch the skin in front of the blades to create an even surface, while the microcomb positions the hairs for optimal cutting.

The ProGlide PROBLADES are enhanced by Gillette's iconic cushioning Lubrastrip. Take a close look at the five blades in your razor cartridge for obvious signs of dullness. Keep an eye open for nicks, too, since these affect razor blade performance. Change your Gillette ProGlide razor as soon as you detect it is not performing as well as it once did.

How often should I change my Gillette ProGlide razor blades?

Depending on your shaving regime and the coarseness of your hair, Gillette ProGlide razor blades should last for up to a month before they need to be switched out. Ensure you use our shaving accessories, such as our mini hanger, to help make sure each cartridge will be cared for properly when it is not in use. Also, use one of our shaving gel products to make sure your razor blades glide when you shave since this can help to preserve their integrity, too.
