I've had the Gillette Pro glide shaver before and it lasted a good 5 years. When it started to fail I thought it was the old combs that were causing it to stop working so I contacted your customer services and explained my predicament........ the nice person sent me a new set of combs free of charge. Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem so I decided to buy a whole new unit. It was easy to order and was delivered pretty quickly also (just a shame you used Hermes who have a bad reputation in my area). But it works fantastically and leaves fantastic results!!!!
