[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive ( free sample).] My first impression of the Gillette Labs Body Trimmer was great; I received it for free for a review but will replace my existing trimmer with it. The ergonomic shape feels completely secure in my hand it’s half the size of my old trimmer, giving me total control and the results were better than expected across my chest and underarms with no irritation and very quick trimming which saved a few minutes. _x000D_ _x000D_ My charging station is behind my bed so the addition of a beep when it went on charge was surprisingly helpful as I sometimes wake up to find my trimmer / toothbrush hasn’t charged. The hook is also a thoughtful idea to keep it clean and tidy, so it doesn’t take up space in the bathroom. It came with a guard and two trimming heads plus a thin case which are useful additions. It’s worth noting that it only comes with the shaver plug so you’ll need to buy an adapter if you don’t have a shaver socket but this is normal but annoying with most grooming items. _x000D_ _x000D_ During the trim, the blades glided over my skin without any pulling or nicking. My skin felt calm after trimming and I had no redness or irritation that can sometimes come up after a full trim especially in the middle of my chest as I have dermatitis. It was easy to clean then hang up with the hook to dry. Overall, it’s well implemented and is an improvement over my other big brand trimmer and I hope to use it for many years to come.

His first impression was really positive. The packaging looks amazing, very premium and well presented and it definitely has that high end feel and would make a great gift._x000D_ _x000D_ When he took it out of the box, it felt sturdy and well made straight away. It has a comfortable grip and looks great sitting on the charger in the bathroom. It doesn’t look cheap and it actually adds to the space rather than needing to be hidden away._x000D_ _x000D_ One of his main concerns before trying it was the risk of nicks, as he’s had that issue with other trimmers before.That hasn’t happened at all. He said it feels smooth and safe to use, and the glide is really gentle on the skin which is great as he suffers with very sensitive skin. _x000D_ _x000D_ Compared to his previous trimmer, the difference is noticeable. His old one was lighter but felt flimsy and not as reliable. This one feels solid, secure, and much better quality overall. He’s said he wouldn’t go back to his old one now._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, it’s well designed and a sturdy trimmer that does exactly what you’d want it to do. Based on his experience so far, we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable grooming upgrade!

However I was pleasantly surprised and found that it did what it needed to do in a simple and fuss free way, the different length options were good too and the little shower hook was very helpful too.

From the very first use, it felt smooth, safe, and easy to control. I paid close attention to comfort and precision, and I'm happy to say I experienced no nicks or cuts at all. It delivered one of the cleanest and most comfortable trims I've ever had. The handling is very steady and precise, and the overall design makes it feel premium and well thought out. The batter life also seems reliable and consistant so far._x000D_ If I had to mention one very small detail, it would be that the area near the grip of the power button tends to get dirty easily, possibly due to the material finish. However, this is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect preformance at all. It certainely wouldn't stop me from recommending it. Overall, I would confidently recommend it to friends. It's hight-quality and very comfirtable grooming experience.
