[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive ( free sample).] I've had quite a few trimmers over the years - so I've known blades getting rusty and have had nicks batteries that never lasted The i7 had none of those problems and bonus — it has a light so I can see where I'm trimming.

Because of this I've purchased and used a variety of grooming products; even tried to save money by using cheap generic clippers meant for who knows what hair. This body trimmer cuts through my chest (and other) body hair with ease and importantly with no skin irritation. Works great!

Tbh I do not have words to express this but all I can say is that this product has literally made my life so easier as this is one of the smoothest and most effective product I've ever tried in terms of functionality.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (free sample).] Initial impressions: well packed and presented trimmer itself is lightweight and a bit plastic-ey but feels nice to hold.The accessories provided are accepted (a few guards charger holder) but not overly impressive. The trimmer itself is sufficient - it certainly trims but I can't help but feel that for a bit of extra money you could get something that'll go a lot further. That said if all you want is a serviceable basic trimmer that you can travel with or use as your first trimmer then by all means it serves the job.I did notice that without the guard it definitely nicks at the hair a bit unfortunately.

The addition of a carrying pouch and a hanging loop sweetened the deal. Its great for going against the grain and the battery has held without needing a single charge in over a week (4x five minute continuous uses)The touch of the naked blade as well as the included three clips were excellent. Not a single pinched hair at any time.The size and heft of the shaver was excellent the light was a welcome addition in almost all cases.Where the device fell down on is A) going with the grain. The clippers were not built for that. Could be the angle of the blade edge I cant diagnose exactly why and B) the clips were not that great For body hair the pointy bits of the blade werent long enough to provide that combing action to get the hairs aligned to trim evenly.Overall a solid product just could do with the blade refinement and longer clips.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (free sample).] This trimmer has a reassuring solidity to it and seems more powerful than others that I've tried in the past. The power means it can give a pretty substantial trim but it's also gentle on the skin and trims close without any nicks. Certainly the best I've used and will replace my previous trimmer.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (free sample).] This trimmer is the best that I've tried on sensitive skin with no discomfort at all during or after use. There is a sensitive comb included which gives extra peace of mind. The LED light illuminates the blade clearly during use and is really helpful to avoid missing any stray hairs; this is the first time I've seen this on a trimmer. It's nice and comfortable to hold and compact for tidying away in the bathroom drawer. I really like the travel lock feature on the button. My preference would be a USB charging cable over the traditional shaver socket plug supplied. That said the battery life is great (up to 100 minutes) so it will only need charging infrequently. Overall I am really impressed and would recommend the product.

The guard helps to get a close shave and the integrated light is a game changer. Very easy to use fits well in the hand and fully charged in 20 min. Quality Gillette!

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (free sample).] I'll be upfront I put off buying a proper body trimmer for way too long because I'd had bad experiences with cheaper ones. Nicks in places you really don't want nicks. So when I got the GilletteLabs i7 I was cautiously optimistic.First few uses? Genuinely impressed. The SkinFirst blade technology isn't just marketing fluff I've been using the sensitive comb around the groin area and haven't had a single nick. For anyone who's dealt with that before you'll understand what a big deal that is.The LED spotlight is one of those features I didn't think I'd care about but now I can't imagine going without it. Better visibility in those awkward spots makes a real difference. The grip is solid even with wet hands in the shower which is when I use it most. Battery life has been great too I've gone weeks between charges without thinking about it.If I'm being critical the kit is a bit bulky to store and it's definitely a premium price point. So it's not for everyone.Would I recommend it? Yes specifically if you've struggled with irritation or cuts from other trimmers. The sensitive comb alone justifies the upgrade for me. If you're just casually maintaining chest or leg hair a cheaper option might do the job but for anything closer to sensitive areas this thing is worth it.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (free sample).] Tried this trimmer for the first time and I have to admit I'm impressed.On the plus side it gave a uniformed trim so hairs are the same length. The comb sizes are decent and three different lengths give you enough options for the different areas of your body.The charging stand is weighty so it won't slide about and is decent looking so it doesn't stand out and easily blends in wherever you place it.This thing is in no way the best trimmer you'll ever get but then again will you ever? That doesn't mean it's bad because like I said it's a pretty decent deal piece of kit! The potential for 'nicks and cuts' depends on your angle and the pressure applied so don't fully believe the hype.My only other issue with it is that when you clean it you have 3 steps to go through which are the comb the trimming head and then finally under the trimming head. Under the trimming head is the most annoying part as you will most likely get the grease/oil over the cleaning brush which then goes over everything else.As someone who doesn't intend to use this thing every single day I think it's perfect and glad to have had the chance to test it out. Definitely would recommend.
