Terrific protective foam. I dilute the foam with a little hot water in a shave bowl...mixing it with a shaving brush. The single hole dispensing nozzle is less messy than competitors' 3 vent nozzles which discharges the foam in a splayed fashion and cannot be aimed accurately into the shaving bowl. Then I 'paint' it on my face with deliberate strokes. Other shaving creams and soaps soften my skin too much causing weepers and nicks. One pass plus touch up gives me a great shave with either a DE or CutThroat razor
