The charger was American plug I had to get an adaptor to charge it other than that it is great

The i3 razor is ok ,the only couple of things I'm not happy with is their is no case that comes with it also I dropped mine in the shower and the plastic attachment broke so I contacted Gillette customer service for a replacement at my cost but they don't do spares. Very disappointing. Oh and the 2 pin plug which you need to buy a adapter for . Not good .

I’ll stick with my old five blade razor 

Brought this to save on cost of blades for wet shaving around pubic area.It doesn’t give a close shave, I am very disappointed in my purchase. I’ve gone back to using my wet razor . If it’s a close shave you want don’t waste your money 

I’m not convinced as yet. I wouldn’t use the trimmer with the shaving creams sold separately as makes trimming difficult/ clogging - even with relatively short trims. Perhaps using the device whilst dry will work better to trim and then I can judge. Although alternative items with the body groom head style trimmer work very well and irritation free. Will see how it goes next use. Hopefully improvements. 

Very comfortable shaver, even with out the sensitive skin guard and leaves a very smooth and itch free cut. Not too sure on why it's supplied with a two pin plug instead of the uk 3 pin plug though.

This cut my skin and it started bleeding. I will not be using this again. The Facebook ad says love it or your money back. Purchased it on day of release, but left disappointed after it gave me a pretty nasty nick upon first use! - Now I'm too scared to use it again, so it's laying gathering dust. I wasn't heavy-handed with use and was very careful.
