They do not seem as sharp as your other blades and do not last as long are they all made in the same place?

Excellent, you use it for very close shave. 

I purchased the new Gillette Labs razor with exfoliating bar, and had extremely high hopes for an unforgettable shave. Starting with a hot steam shower, and making sure that everything was laid out, I anticipated the finest clean shave that I could hope for. Initially, disappointment set in, as I couldn't find a rhythm to the razor, resulting in a poor finish. However, a couple of days later I returned, and found that my mind had begun to adjust and that I know understood how to let the blade work. I found this time, an effortless result, and utilising the flexible handle, turned corners smoothly and comfortably. I then discovered how to apply pressure when needed to get that professional barbers clean shave, utilising the 90 degree pressure angle, and furthermore I discovered that the reverse blade could trim sideburn, eyebrows and even neck, providing me with a finish never experienced before. 10 shaves in, the bald is still as good as new and working a treat, making these blades the most cost effective and professional razor on the market. Give a try, and with patience and practice, it is impossible to be disappointed!

I still don't know whether I have to charge it for 6 hours before each shave to get it hot or 1 hour

I bought my hot shave system at full price and now you are offering it at a discount: why didn't it sell? Was it poor value for money?? Blades are as good as usual!

Very difficult to exchange blades. Could do with a handbook.
