great shave but i have now purchased close on 10 razors and eventually something goes wrong and the razor no longer accepts any charge so you asre left with a great razor but no heat . even gillette can no longer repair them so please retain proof of purchase for when your razor needs to be returned

I quite enjoyed the razor initially, but after a while found the heat made little difference to my shave. The razor fully broke after 8 months of normal use, I hope to return it for a full refund.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical at first. However, I was wrong. I already own the Gillette Labs standard razor which gives good shave but the heated razor is something else. I have it set at 50 for heat and find its better to shave a little slower to give the heat bar time to warm the skin. The results for me are personally better for a really close shave. I suppose its down to personal choice. Perhaps a little expensive but a worthwhile investment. Good luck.

I had two faulty razors, both returned and replaced. I was told to BUY a replacement, before a refund could be made. Very odd!

Love how the heated blade feels until recently (may 24), it stopped working due to a known battery fault and since it is outside of warranty, it became usefulness. Bought it back in Nov 22. Buy it but expect it not going to last, so i guess what is the point

I purchased this razor in January of last year - it's been great up until the last few days where its now stopped charging completely. I've logged a case with support but am not sure where I stand as I've had the razor for more than 12 months. I certainly won't be purchasing another, even though I've just bought another large pack of blades for it. Hopefully they offer a swap out service, their website states it should last for 5 years, its only just lasted a year. Looks like there are a number of other people with the same issue and it appears to be a battery issue with the razor handle. Avoid until this is resolved - it's a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't last.

The Gillette Labs gives a great shave but I recently went on holiday and took a Fusion with me.  I got as good a shave and it felt the same as the heated razor when I held it under the hot tap.  I don't know why the blades are more expensive because I can't think they are more expensive to produce. The nose slicer blade is common to both blades but the blunt indicator has been removed from the new one.  Just as well because I am capable of telling when a new blade is required and may have thrown out ones that are still sharp. 

I’ve had every Gillette razor model as they’ve produced over the Years.. and Nothing Compares to this bit of Kit! The heat off the blade is Instant and glides through hair with Easy! Leaving a Smooth , Fresh Clean Cut, with the feeling of a Hot blade that feels Therapeutic and Relaxing on face & Neck. I’m More than Pleased with this model, and tbh I think is my Last Stop with the Gillette’s Models, as I don’t think anything can be made better than this. I will Cherish this until the End of its days. Superb! 👌🏻 

Not as good as past gillette razors..not as close and more strokes needed for close and moustache under nostrils is impossible to get close...first blade I used the white soap strip fell out after couple swipes..heat bar is instant but I shave in shower so don't really notice it.
