Great item much better than the wet razor approach

Quality of the shave from the product is shocking. Leaves patches of hair when using a 1mm. Frustrating to say the least. The customer service was just as bad, transfered multiple of times to different branches to try and get a refund. But, a poor product doesn't qualify as a refund, awesome stuff 👏.

Bought this for my partner for Father’s Day from the 1st use he hated it thought it might just need getting used to but after a few weeks he gave up and binned the shaver. All it done was take chunks out of his beard.

Well worth the money and a great product very satisfied and will recommend others too  Very good trim 

Why would you supply an unsuitable adapter in UK with the trimmer?

At first did not know what to expect and wanted to see if is better than what we had in the past or worst. Now after using it i must say that this is now the favourite toy of my partner. My partner totally loved this product. It comes with 3 different combs which gives options, Its a great quality product. It gives very smooth finish. Easy to use and waterproof.

Thank you for sending me this, i have been using this for a month. I must say it is a very good piece of kit, not as close as a safety razor but definitely has reduced my skin troubles. I would recommend this product as a great alternative for a quick shave wet or dry!
