Best razor ever boughtits smooth and gives a good shave

Have been using wet shave for about 15 years and this is still my number one,have tried many types of different blades but nothing comes close.

So I was fed up paying supermarket prices for razors and blades, sometimes to find there were no stocks of the blades for my particular razor, so I thought I would try Gilette direct, and went for the Mach 3 with 11 blades, which would last me for months. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the product when it arrived. All nicely boxed and what not, but the razor feels cheaply made and the plastic blade 'ejector' button is flimsy, stiff and sometimes does not work at all. The shave was good it has to be said, but I was hoping for a good, solid quality razor that would last me a long time and I did not find the Mach 3 what I was hoping for. I will use it and the blades until they are all used up but may look elsewhere next time.

Only been using for a week and have noticed that is smaller and lighter than my previous one. Time will tell if it is as good will it affect the blade life.

Been using a mach3 since it was released, same razor for over 3 years. Nice to have a new one. At this price you can buy one with 11 blades and no need to worry about buying new ones for months. Very happy 😊 thank you.

Years ago I used the Gillette GII and thought this was the best ever then they stopped making the blades and failed to find another one to take it's place however, after 15 years of using an electric razor I decided to try the Gillette GIII and was immediately impressed, the blade lasted me for 15 clean shaves and probably could have exceeded 20 shaves and I have very hard facial hair. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. Most impressed but hope they continue to make the blades.
