Bought as a present for Christmas and so far very pleased with the closeness of shave. Heated blade feels comfortable and warm on skin.

An excellent product, best shave ever! The razor is well made and comfortable to hold and use. Well worth the money.

I have been using gillette fusion proglide power for 13 years (just changed twice) and have done un upgrade, but there is no regret at all!

After using the Heated razor for a little over two weeks, I am extremely happy with the performance of the shave. You can feel the difference the heat bar makes when shaving in the closeness of the shave, but also I have had a single nick or cut while shaving with this Product something I could not say of my previous razor. Very good product.

This is an amazing razor, it isn't like a hot towel shave but nice and warm which helps the hairs stand up so the the blade glides through that much easier weather it is short or that little bit longer so it doesn't pull on your skin. I got this on a 50% off deal but I don't think I'd pay full price for it.

Ordered this razor as a present for my Dad, and it turned up at his home with no blades included at all!! Not sure how much good a razor with no blades could do? Utterly disappointed, especially considering the price point. His birthday has been ruined as he was very much looking forward to the gift. Would not recommend nor repurchase. 

The razor is great and works very well. Packing of product is to a very high design and well presented . Sadly I live in Ireland and the charger unit is not multi plug . It is a two pin mains charger, not a 3 pin that is used in Ireland and Uk.  I bought this unit in the UK so I thought the plugs would be 3 pin not 2. Now I have to use a converter which makes the charging unit very big and clumsy  . Neat travel box for razor  This is a bad design fault . Why did they not design the charger to be standard 5 v not 12v  Over all I want to keep the unit . I am giving my rating one star because of the charger 

A quality product and fantastic razor. The packaging and build of all the items in this set demonstrate quality. The razor is very comfortable and easy to use. I bought this packaged travel kit after using the standard Labs Razor Travel kit for over a year. The heated razor is another bonus to make shaving more comfortable and a positive experience. The discounted price paid for this kit made it a more reasonable price point and good value. I believe that this is a well made product that should give many years of use. The only additional improvement, which would increase the flexibility of the system, would be to have the ability to charge the unit via a USB connection. Well done Gillette Labs team!

Packaging and product just oozes quality. I was unsure for a while whether to purchase this or not and decided to give it a go. Don't believe the negative reviews, the product is excellent. It may not be exactly like a hot towel shave but is is just a touch of luxury in the morning and a fantastic shave. No regrets about buying at the sale price and would definitely recommend buying.
