Was unable to finalise payment and kept getting message to resolve. Disappointed and dissatisfied totally. I have now aquired same products like for like on ebay and would appreciate if you would stop any more emails on the matter. It’s getting tedious and annoying. Please erase any records of my bank details from your systems 

This trimmer gives an excellent trim, is comfortable to hold and the cut is perfect.What lets it down is the device is supplied with a two-pin continental main plug instead of the usual UK three-pin mains plug, which means that you must charge it for ten hours in the bathroom, unless you purchase a three-pin to two-pin shaver adapter, enabling you to charge it wherever you wish. Customer services were outstanding but could not supply the charger with a three-pin UK plug as Gillette does not make one.

So I bought this beard trimmer it cones with the European style pronged plug üîå no UK plug.Tried charging it in my shaving socket in my bathroom green light is on but it won't charge.Instructions are unclear and no helpline numbers I can see on the instructions either.

I bought 2 of these for my twins for Xmas, so obviously haven't been used yet but I know they will love them.

I bought this for my grandson for his birthday.It was appreciated.

I shopped twice from Gillette because of the product quality and appealing look. Definitely i would recommend everyone.
