This trimmer gives an excellent trim, is comfortable to hold and the cut is perfect. What lets it down is the device is supplied with a two-pin continental main plug instead of the usual UK three-pin mains plug, which means that you must charge it for ten hours in the bathroom, unless you purchase a three-pin to two-pin shaver adapter, enabling you to charge it wherever you wish. Customer services were outstanding but could not supply the charger with a three-pin UK plug as Gillette does not make one.

Very disappointed grader moves unintentionally and makes my skin quite sore 

So I bought this beard trimmer it cones with the European style pronged plug 🔌 no UK plug. Tried charging it in my shaving socket in my bathroom green light is on but it won't charge. Instructions are unclear and no helpline numbers I can see on the instructions either.

Excellent from start to finish came early was a good price and works extremely well

I bought 2 of these for my twins for Xmas, so obviously haven't been used yet but I know they will love them.

Arrived missing attachments, and would be good to know in advance doesn’t come with plug! Performance wise it’s bang average Thought it was cheap, goes to show you get what you pay for

Came only with 2 pin shaving charger lead, not everyone has a shaving socket. Not impressed

This is a good beard trimmer....once you can turn it on! The on/off switch is extremely difficult to use. I really find it hard to use, especially to turn on. Turning off is easier but this basic function for me spoils what could be an excellent product. Such a shame.
