I have this razor about 6 weeks ago and would it was a great shaving experience, no Irritation to skin. However the razor had completely failed to work after 6 weeks. I contacted Gillette asking for a replacement but instead to send back to they labs for testing. I am still waiting over a week later.. If for such expensive product they either rearranged an exchange or replacement.

I recently purchased this heated razor and have not back since. I shave every day and experiencing irritation previously with another Gillette products. I think this razor is game changer and also most close to hot towel shave you have at a barbers.

Just I want to say It looks great, but i think prise is high! thank you GILLETTE
