I’ve had three of these and they all fail because they don’t like water! But it’s a wet shaver ! Bizarre. Try getting your a replacement and you get transferred from department to department and then nothing! Final chance I did a trust pilot review and they responded and I thought here goes success! But ow my word they said thank you for your feedback it’s important to us and we value it please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with ! What an insult Over £400 pounds spent and you can’t even talk to a human ! Don’t but it they are terrible!
