I think this is one of the best razors I have used so much so I have bought a spare razor as it was a great price. It shaves so close and smooth and the heating element works exceptionally well,many thanks Gillette.

I bought the razor with 32 blades. it did not last 6 months. The razor light is flashing when I try to turn it on, then turns off. There is no more heat. I contacted Gillette and they are being totally useless and are ignoring me. I am not the first one having this electrical issue with this product. Poor design, poor engineering, don't waste your money.

Not as good a shave as i have with my normal Gillette razor. Maybe i have used more blades and have vibration

Shaving in the morning with this heated razor is like visiting the local barbers. So smooth over the skin with total ease. This is the best shave that I have ever used and I have been using Gillette more many years. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a close shave.

I charged it for 5 hours the day it came and an hour the next day. I rubbed the brush cold over soap and applied to area I wanted to shave.It didn't get hot but it seemed to be a better shave. The next time I "heated" it for an hour but it didn't get hot. I boiled a kettle dipped the brush in dipped the razor in and shaved the best I could I'll try again tomorrow. Am I doing something I shouldn't or not doing something I should

My husband absolutely loves this. Said its just like having a wet shave.

Perfect razor love the feel of the heated blades really soothing, I’ve tried many razors but Gillette is always the best thanks for putting time and effort in to making these ***** love it 

You owe it to yourself to buy one! Great shave. I like to use it with oil....... especially smooth. I do love the Gillette products. as well.

Purchased when on offer, as I’d ran out of pro guide blades, but I prefer the pro guide that vibrates as it feels a better shave..  I wouldn’t bother with the gimmick of heating up  ( you put your razor in hot water anyway )  Thought I would try it.. but not for me .. back to the other one I go
