Gillette Labs Heated Razor Travel Kit

i've given up trying to make a purchase. your website is a nightmare.

I really love this razor - when it is working. I am now on my 7th one, all replaced under warranty. They have all worked well for a few months and then failed with flashing orange light and failure to heat. I wish they could get this to work properly but there just seems to be too much of a reliability issue to recommend. On a plus side I haven't had to buy any razor blades for 2 years as they always send one back with new blades

Product started well, but 4 months down the line it no longer charges or heats up. So it is now just a basic razor that cost me a lot of money. Depending on how Gillette resolve my faulty razor, will depend on how I feel about this product moving forward. Although if I’m being brutally honest I’m not confident it was worth the initial cost, considering it broke about 4 months later and is used a best once a week. 

The razor itself gives a very good shave, heats well and is the best shave I have had. However the first one after around 2 or 3 months, the light would just flash and no heat at all. Replaced swiftly by gillette and the same has happened with the second one.

Cleanest shave I’ve had, that lasts longer. Be better if the razor held its charge longer.

Provides a very nice close shave. Is nice to have the heat. Not sure it warrants the price charged for this item.

I was very sceptical about this. But omg the heat coming off this was just wonderful and gave me the best shave I’ve ever had. I suffer from dry skin and so far it’s helping with that too. I couldn’t recommend this any more than what I do. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one had to be done. Especially as the price is high and you may be thinking oh no not worth it. Well it definitely is worth it. 

Amazing

I can be accused of being a sucker for a gimmick, and already owned a razor from Gillette which vibrates. Weird idea but effective. This heated gizmo doesn't work for me, Delivery was remarkably swift and the packaging all good. Annoyed by the lack of three pin plug, but all else felt well made and quality. Have now used it on and off for several weeks and disappointed by the shave it gives. May well work really well for others, but my weirdly effective vibrating razor is much better.
