I’ve been using Gillette for ages but this new product is expensive and very disappointing. I cut myself for the first time with Gillette and did write to complain. However, although they acknowledged receipt of my email they never got back to me. Gillette Labs - need to go back to the drawing board!
Amazing product loved the packaging ,value for money
Really nice and smart razor, however it is described as a travel kit but in reality is far to heavy when in its case. Like most people I try to keep all the things I take with me traveling as light as possible but this razor when in the case supplied, is far too heavy. A shame as its a great razor

Razor is great and when used with the Gillette labs shaving gel it effortlessly glides across your skin and is a enjoyable shave, unfortunately the magnetic holder is very weak and unless you balance the razor perfectly straight it just falls over the travel case is not much good either because once you put everything in it is very heavy and unfortunately because of the way it is made you can’t use it for anything else so it’s gone in the recycling bin but if I’d just bought the razor it would of been 5 stars
The razor itself is good but the magnetic holder isn’t very good the magnet is very weak and the razor just falls over if you do not balance it properly the travel case is also useless because once you put the razor and holder in, the case weighs a ton and the way it’s designed with the holder at the back for the blades means you can’t repurpose it to use for something else so it’s just gone into the recycling bin
This razor was contained in a box that could not be opened. Several people tried but failed. Consequently it was sent back for exchange. Not sure what the razor is like as could not open the box.
The new design of the razor doesn’t appear to change or improve its performance and the new blade seems as sharp as the previous Fusion or Pro Glide blades which I have used. Time will tell if it stays sharp for longer. However the case is absurdly heavy and cumbersome for travelling, the case is hard to open and effectively impractical, but there is no other form of protection for the blades. Who ever thought this was a good idea? I regret wasting my money.
