RAZOR SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

Step 1

Get started with your Gillette shave club subscription by choosing your razor from our two most popular blades: SkinGuard Sensitive or the Fusion5 ProGlide with innovative FlexBall technology.


Step 2

When you’ve chosen your preferred razor blades, decide when you’d like to receive your refill packs. We base the frequency of blade refill deliveries on how often you shave in a week. Every Gillette razor refill pack includes 4 blades for your chosen razor, so you’ll never run out.


After you sign up

After you place your order, you’ll receive a Gillette starter kit including your chosen razor blade, a shave gel and a travel case for your razor. After 15 days, we’ll send out your first blade refill pack containing 4 blades, then keep sending them to your door as often as you choose.

All subscribers get access to exclusives, offers and giveaways, so keep an eye out for our latest benefits!

It’s easy to delay, amend or cancel your shaving subscription by visiting the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
You will need to be opted-in to receive email marketing communications to receive your mystery gift, the unique code for which will be delivered via email once your blades refill pack has been despatched.

You can make all sorts of changes to your monthly shaving subscription via the ‘My Account’ section, including:

  • Updating your delivery address by going to My Account > Select Your Subscription > Delivery Details and click Change Address
  • Updating your payment details
  • Delaying your next shipment date by up to two months

For shave club subscription orders, we accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

Your subscription razors will be dispatched once payment has been successfully taken and should be with you within 2-3 working days.

You can view your next billing date for your razor club order within the subscription section of ‘My Account’.

When you sign up, your starter kit will be free and you will only need to pay for delivery, then you’ll be billed for your blade refill deliveries on an ongoing basis - there's no extra joining fee.

We call your first razor subscription delivery your ‘starter kit’. This will contain your chosen handle and blade, a 75ml shaving gel, and a travel case for your razor – everything you need to get started. After that, your deliveries will contain your four refill blades.

You can make changes to your usual shave club delivery by visiting the ‘My Account’ section of the Gillette website. If you’re going away or you’ve not used as many blades as you expected to, there’s an option to delay your next shipment date by up to two months.

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Change your razor blade whenever you notice any nicking, tugging or rusting from your blade, or if the Lubrastrip has worn away. With a Gillette shave club subscription, you should always have plenty of fresh blades to hand.

Of course, but by taking out a monthly shaving subscription, you won’t ever have to worry about running out of blades or doing a bad job with a dull one, as you’ll receive a fresh supply delivered to your door at your chosen frequency.
