Tough on Hair, Gentle on Skin
While the Mach3 razor is tough on facial hair, it’s soft on your skin.
The Mach3 razor features a lubrastrip that lubricates as you shave to reduce friction. There are also soft microfins positioned at the front of the razor to stretch skin as you shave for the smoothest possible surface. This helps to minimise friction too and to prevent razor burn, nicks and rashes for a close and comfortable shave.
For extra protection while you shave, we recommend using the Mach3 razor with our Gillette SkinGuard Sensitive Shaving Gel. Containing a touch of aloe, this shaving gel provides a soothing cooling sensation, while offering protection against nicks and cuts. Its texture enables the Mach3 razor to glide smoothly across your skin.

Simple to Clean
To clean Gillette Mach3 razor blades, hold the razor head under running water, moving it up and down until all the hairs clogging up the razor have been removed. There is no need to tap your Mach3 razor against the sink in order to get the hairs out. In fact, we strongly advise against it as this may damage your razor. Simply holding your razor under water should be enough to remove even deeply clogged hairs.
To keep your razor extra clean, consider using the Gillette Mach3 Razor Stand or storing the Mach3 in a Gillette Mach3 Travel Cover to prevent any dust or dirt from settling on your razor.
