The EAN/UPC number is a code consisting of up to 13 digits, which is usually located by the barcode on the packaging of your Gillette appliance.

The type number is a code consisting of up to 4 digits, which is usually located by the barcode on the packaging of your Gillette appliance and engraved directly onto your product.

Warranty extension is exclusively available to the below appliances:

LABS BODY RANGE:

  • i7; i7 + razor (warranty extension applicable to i7 only)

  • i5; i5 + razor (warranty extension applicable to i5 only)

  • i3; i3 + razor (warranty extension applicable to i3 only)

GILLETTE FUSION ONE RANGE:

You are eligible for a warranty extension if the date of purchase and the date of product registration are no more than 24 months apart.

After contacting us, you will receive the warranty extension certificate via email. Save this document together with your device’s receipt (proof of purchase).

The same terms apply as with all other warranties issued by Gillette and does not cover the following: damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear (e.g. cutter block) as well as defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance. The guarantee becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons and if original spare parts are not used.
