Superb. Surprisingly, the size and weight of the handle have been incredibly beneficial for my arthritic hands. The ergonomics are splendid. I get perfect balance from the razor, which fits comfortably into my shaving hand with almost zero grip. The designers probably did not even consider this. I have the Exfoliating version, which does not share the benefit of this weight version.

This product is absolutely fantastic but I am now on my fourth one. It either stops taking charge or you get flashing orang lights where it randomly stops heating up. The most annoying thing is you can find these same reviews everywhere but Gillette STILL continues to sell the product with all its faults which is not very honest of them. If it worked it would no doubt be the best razor on the market

I ain’t going to lie. At first I thought well this is a gimmick and kept dismissing it. After watching so many adds about this Gillette heated lab razor 🪒 I finally give in and brought one. I had the Braun 9 electric saver now that’s packed away after having a shave with my new Gillette lab. I’ve never had such a close and smooth shave like this before. Thanks Gillette.  Do I get a three pack of razors for the review😂

Nice clean shave very pleased 

I have been using Gillette brand for years. Recently been using the Proglide power razor. Decided to get Gillette Labs heated razor while its on offer. It's really good

great shave but i have now purchased close on 10 razors and eventually something goes wrong and the razor no longer accepts any charge so you asre left with a great razor but no heat . even gillette can no longer repair them so please retain proof of purchase for when your razor needs to be returned

I quite enjoyed the razor initially, but after a while found the heat made little difference to my shave. The razor fully broke after 8 months of normal use, I hope to return it for a full refund.

Nice razor hot 🔥 shave I really like it

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical at first. However, I was wrong. I already own the Gillette Labs standard razor which gives good shave but the heated razor is something else. I have it set at 50 for heat and find its better to shave a little slower to give the heat bar time to warm the skin. The results for me are personally better for a really close shave. I suppose its down to personal choice. Perhaps a little expensive but a worthwhile investment. Good luck.

I had two faulty razors, both returned and replaced. I was told to BUY a replacement, before a refund could be made. Very odd!
