I have a shaped beard which has adorned my chops for the last 55 years. Although I shave only once a week, I always end up with razor burn, but not now though! I find that since using the Gillette Heated Razor I only need to shave in one direction whereas before, I had to go 'against the grain' to achieve the smoothness I get now - and without the burn! I thoroughly recommend the Gillette Heated Razor.

Having been a massive fan of the Fusion 5 power blades for many years I decided to upgrade after watching many reviews, and after much consideration. I so wanted this to be good, especially given the price,  but I’m afraid it’s just not up to expectation and I was so disappointed. Yes, the heat is a nice feeling but it just isn’t any better, or even as good as my fusion power razor that I’ve had for many years, in my opinion. The fact that you also have to charge it every few days is a pain and I found that whilst making multiple passes with the blade that the heat seemed to dry out the skin meaning I had to lubricated much more with shaving gel, given I’m bald and shave my face a head daily and make multiple passes with the blade. I really missed the lubricated strip of the fusion 5 blades, to be honest. If I could have returned the handle for a refund, I would have as I now feel let down by Gillette as I’m left buying more expensive blades and will most likely just go back to my fusion 5 which I feel is better quality, value, and less hassle. Overall, I so much wanted this to be good given the hype but it’s just not any better than my old fusion 5 power razor. Don’t waste your money!

I was a bit dubious about the claims I have read but I bought a starter kit anyway to see what all the fuss was about. I am glad I did. When it arrived I couldn’t wait to try it out even the packaging it came in made it look like a quality product. When I opened the box I plugged the charger in and put the razor on its magnetic stand whick is quite good by the way it only took about 1 hour to charge. The shave it’s self was an experience the razor warms up nicely and I got an extra close shave if I do so myself. All in all a very good experience from ordering the heated razor to using it. I have used Gillette products for years but they have excelled them selves this time. I would recommend any one to buy one of these and not be impressed. 

Thought I'd give it a go since on a great deal so nothing to lose. Well a thought it might be a gimmick I was so wrong gives a nice clean shave 💯% impressed

I am 100% satisfied with my recent purchase Gillette Lab heated, the set of blades are very good they just glide on the face & the end result is very smooth & satisfying ideal for winter month , a good christmas gift for loved one.

This is the 2nd one my partner has had as before excellent product.
