Tried cheaper alternatives but this was excellent value for money and a far better shave

I wanted to try the new Gillette Labs razors and this helped as it was a good price.

Great razer, excellent shave, better than the Gillette Fusion that I have used for a few years

I purchased this razor for a smooth and longer lasting blade, the smooth shave YES, the lifespan of the blade about 50% so I feel that the advert was very misleading, should have stayed with my Mk 3,

I found it unusually difficult to connect the blade to the handle, and in the process, I sliced a chunk of skin off my thumb. That aside, the shave just doesn't feel that good. The tough bits, such as the corners of my mouth, bottom end of each side of my moustache area take going over again and again, and I am yet to achieve a smooth finish there. I'll stick with it a while, but as yet I am unconvinced that this product represents good value for money
