It's smooth and doesn't tug with new blades, the blades last well as well.

Easy to shave, I also use the Gillette shaving cream and both work well together. Slightly costly but definatly worth paying for.

I haven't actually needed to buy the newer products because the proglide is just so good. I have recommended it so many times to people! 10/10 would recommend!
