Okay Gillette…what are you doing delisting the Sensor Excel? Anyone who has been shaving a few years and is not overly influenced by modern online marketing knows this product is the best. Why? Here’s why… 1) Dual blades only for less drag. You don’t need 3,4,5 blades as  this is just upselling and 4 blades give you twice as much friction. The first and second blades do the job and two passes with a twin is better than one pass with 4 blades. 2) Weighted handle for firm grip and a decent press against the skin. 3) No large ‘flappy paddle’ head that some multi blade razors have that don’t give enough press and don’t fit under your noose or allow fine detailing 4) Lower cost - yes 4 or 5 steel blade heads cost more to make and buy. 5) More sustainable - less steel and plastic used in manufacture than a large 4/5 blade flappy head razor! Do not delist this razor - repackage and remarket it. Guys and Ladies - don’t be fooled into buying multiple blade razors. They’re such a drag to use!

Difficult to find these blades now at stockists.Bought direct, good service..price and prompt delivery. Used this type of blade for many years and don’t want to change.

The site was easy to use , I found my aged product quickly ( cant find it in the shops anymore ) and the price was similar to what I used to pay in the supermarket. Quickly posted and arrived on time. Will shop again.

I have tried using other blades but find nothing compares with the Sensor Excels. Please consider rereleasing these products. Maybe you release them with a retro theme for marketing purposes, either way there will be hundreds if not thousands that would be very happy again. Also my wife keeps pinching mine to use on her legs as she prefers them too, another market to consider.

They are far better than any other blades on the market. The arm of my razor is slightly heavier than you can buy currently (unless you get a cut throat) which helps with the very smooth shave that you get with these blades. Genuinely better than any other that I have tried from Gillette or competitors. However they are becoming harder to find. Are they being phased out?

I have been using Gillette Sensor Excel blades for around 30 years now and still cant find a blade to match it for a comfortable, smooth, non grippy of the stubble shave. The Sensor Excel blades just glide over my face with no tugging of the stubble at all. I have tried all the other triple blades available but just end up going back to the double Sensor Excel blades due to the triple ones gripping and tugging my stubble. Please Gillette, make us guys the old metal handle again for theses fantastic old blades. Still have mine, it has to be 20 years old though.

I have used the Sensor Excel for as long as I can remember and I would not use anything else as it gives an incredibly close shave. I have tried other Gillette razors but I find even the multi blade systems do not shave as close as the Sensor Excel. Also buying from Gillette direct I know that I am getting the genuine product at a good price.
